Mid-Atlantic started in 1983, as Bob Rosser worked as a framing carpenter for Walt Disney World. Bob’s experience transitioned into a residential subcontractor for 15 years, working in Florida, Colorado, South and North Carolina. In 2000, the transition was made to commercial framing
work. With continuous success, the Mid Atlantic team has grown and has allowed for a wider reach of our services.

With 40+ years in the construction industry, Bob has built a thriving business through vision and dedication. As one of the leading Commercial Wood Framing Subcontractors in the Carolinas, Bob leads his team with a no-nonsense approach to getting the job done right, creating a standard of excellence for every project.
Bridget rosser
Vice President & Director of Risk Management
Bridget collaborates with the team to identify, assess and mitigate current and emerging risk exposures for Mid-Atlantic. By closely monitoring business documentation and certifications, she measures and evaluates the impact of decisions and ensures business and operational success.
KENNY ROSSER
Vice President of Field Operations & Estimator
Kenny is the lead superintendent, running jobs with precision and focus. He confidently manages crews and projects from estimation to completion, ensuring they are done on time and with excellence. His 35 years in construction allows him to foresee and tackle any issues that arise, creating a safe and successful job site.
SAVANNAH BRIDGES
Vice President of Operations
Since her start at Mid Atlantic in 2017, Savannah has been an integral part in the three-fold growth of the company. As an assertive problem solver, Savannah’s big-picture knowledge and attention to detail
make her the heart of the team. With a BSBA in Finance, Savannah’s business strategy and vision continue to drive the business toward exponential growth.
Sherry Rosser-Glass
Chief Financial Officer
Sherry has a BS in Business Management, with a concentration in finance. Through detailed documentation, Sherry records Mid-Atlantic’s financial success, increasing stability and growth opportunities. Since 2015, Sherry has continued to strengthen and improve processes, providing strategic support to the team and protecting the investments of the company.
Grace (Rosser) Cundiff
Director of PR & Marketing
With a BA in Business and Marketing, Grace is the master of all trades. Her exceptional communication and relationship skills allow her to represent our business with poise and integrity. From managing Mid-Atlantic’s community impact and outreach to providing professional support to our staff, Grace elevates our company and brand.
Makayla Parker
Project Manager
Makayla has worked in Construction Project Management since 2012. Through organization, problem solving and detail management, she ensures projects are set up for success. Her industry knowledge and approachable attitude make her a clear and effective communicator to our clients and partners.
Tyler Price
Project Manager
Tyler has a BS in Business Administration and Economics, with experience in business development and strategy. His poised approach, work ethic and passion for a job well done ensures project success. Tyler’s ability to form genuine relationships makes him the perfect mix of a leader and a team player.
